Once you've made the decision to buy a property in Cyprus, whether it's for holiday, investment or retirement purposes, it's time to book an Inspection trip.  This will give you the opportunity to see the properties first hand, with an insight into the relaxed Cypriot lifestyle and historical heritage.

How much does an Inspection Trip cost?

An inspection trip with ERA Cyprus is €170.00 / CY £99.50 per adult (maximum 2 persons). 

What does this cost include?

n                  Round trip flights from an agreed airport to either Larnaca or Paphos

n                  Accommodation for 3 nights

n                  Airport transfers to and from Larnaca or Paphos airports

What sort of Itinerary should I expect on my arrival?

Each Inspection Trip varies as they are tailor made to suit the individuals’ requirements and also itineraries may vary subject to flight and arrival times.  Your trip will be discussed with you by your ERA Property Professional prior to your arrival, however a typical schedule may be set out as follows:

n                  Day 1 / Arrival Day
Arrive in Cyprus where you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation.  On arrival at your accommodation, if time allows, you will meet with your ERA Property Professional.

n                  Day 2
Following Breakfast, your ERA Property Professional will collect you for a day out to inspect the area and selected properties returning you to your accommodation at the end of the day for some rest and relaxation.

n                  Day 3
Following breakfast, you will meet with your ERA Property Professional to review the previous day and, if necessary, redefine your requirements. You will then resume your tour or revisit any of the properties that fulfil your needs.  After lunch, the afternoon is spent finalising any last details along with the legal and financial arrangements.
End the day with a relaxing, celebratory evening meal.

n                  Day 4 / Departure Day
Finalise any last details after which you will be collected from your accommodation and taken to the airport for your return flight home.

 
When do I have to pay for the trip?

The cost of the inspection trip is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.  ERA Cyprus accepts credit card payments.

2.        Our ERA IT Organisers will inspect your application and notify you as to whether you have been approved* or not

3.         If your application is approved, your Trip Organiser or Property Professional will contact you to discuss details of your trip.

4.         We will make all the arrangements and forward your details to you prior to your departure.
