April 12^th saw the launch of ERA Cyprus’ new Advantage Card™, a unique concept in Cyprus property acquisition. Many organisations selling property in Cyprus offer their clients the option of joining a member’s club at a cost in the region of €850. For this they get little more than a few photographs of their property under construction and a shopping trip to choose furniture and fabrics for their property. Other organisations will offer a points collection scheme with the promise of discounts in the future, after all your key purchases have been made. The ERA Advantage Card™ is neither of these – it is a whole lot more!

 

As soon as a property purchase is confirmed with the signing of contract payment the buyer will immediately become eligible to receive the card totally free of charge. This “credit card” style customer identifier allows the holder to purchase a range of essential goods and services for their property, plus a few luxury items as well, at preferential rates*. Understanding the needs of property buyers, even if the delivery of that property is more than one year away, ERA knows that before the delivery, the buyer might wish to plan the finishing details of their property, both inside and out. For this reason, the card will have a two year expiry date from the point of issue, allowing the buyer to make purchasing decisions prior to delivery and then add the little extras after taking delivery. So what products will this include?

ERA Cyprus real estate has made the range of products and services available to the buyer as comprehensive as possible. These include white goods and electrical appliances, furniture, fabrics, curtains and blinds – but it doesn’t stop there. Interior and exterior lighting, outside furniture, sun beds and awnings, landscape gardening, fencing and pergolas are all included to ensure everything the buyer might need is available.

ERA has then taken it a step further. Many buyers feel the need to have little extras such as satellite TV installation, a hot tub and a car, so ERA has included suppliers of these services and just to make things better still, the buyer can acquire computers, electronic products and satellite navigation systems. For purchasers who are re-locating or bringing a significant amount of possessions from the UK, there is even an agreement with one of the largest international removal companies in Britain to make sure the buyer receives a total service with ERA Cyprus Limited.
